This delicious bacon is uncured without nitrates just like our traditional bacon, however, it is made from the jowl area of the pig instead of the belly. This gives it a different fat composition that makes it preferable for certain recipes. Personally, we think it makes a mean BLT. Each package is approximately 1 lb.

Shipping: We offer Express Shipping at a flat rate to all 50 states! Flat Rates are $19 to NC and by time zone for the rest of the US! Eastern: $29, Central: $39, Mountain: $49, Western: $59, HI and AK: $99. We ship Monday through Wednesday.
Local Delivery: We offer Local Delivery to the Raleigh -Rolesville -Wake Forest area. Check out this map to see if it includes your house! If you are outside of the delivery area, please consider our Express Shipping or Farm Pickup (Most Saturdays)!
