The bottom round roast is a perfect choice for a pot roast or any other low and slow recipe.  We have used this cut to make a smaller corned beef than the traditional brisket as well!  Weight ranges from 2 to 3 lbs.

Shipping: We offer Express Shipping at a flat rate to all 50 states! Flat Rates are $19 to NC and by time zone for the rest of the US! Eastern: $29, Central: $39, Mountain: $49, Western: $59, HI and AK: $99. We ship Monday through Wednesday.
Local Delivery: We offer Local Delivery to the Raleigh -Rolesville -Wake Forest area. Check out this map to see if it includes your house! If you are outside of the delivery area, please consider our Express Shipping or Farm Pickup (Most Saturdays)!
