Bacon End Chunks - Uncured Nitrate Free
When cutting the slabs of bacon into slices, there are end pieces that are trimmed off. Our bacon end chunk packages include these end pieces that are still nitrate free and delicious. We use these for flavoring soups and slow cooked veggies as well as in place of pancetta in our Italian recipes.
Ingredients: Pork, Water, Sea Salt, Brown Sugar, Cultured Celery Powder, Cherry Juice Powder (contains organic cane sugar), evaporated cane juice powder, natural spice extractives. NO NITRATES or nitrates added except for that naturally occurring in sea salt and cultured celery juice powder.

Local Delivery: We deliver straight from our farm to your front porch! We offer home delivery to the Raleigh/Wake Forest area -see map) every other week for a flat rate of $10! The fee covers cold packing to keep your meats cold even if you are not home. Orders over $149 deliver free. If you are outside of that area - please contact us! You can also pick up on our farm most Saturday mornings!
